Gold Peg’s range of equipment evolved from a need in the market for an efficient and effective heating and processing system for dairy products and is now used to produce a broad range of food products. We have grown into a business that serves the global market and incorporates Manufacturing, Technical Services, Design and Administrative departments.

Within Gold Peg, personnel are highly experienced food production experts with a wealth of operational experience. In fact, key management and technical Gold Peg International staff have over 60 years of combined experience – as production managers and food technologists with some of the world's largest food manufacturing companies. It is within this culture that Gold Peg International’s next generation of managers and engineers are being nurtured.

Gold Peg's flagship continuous cooking systems are the original direct steam injection (DSI) RotaTherm® Continuous Cooker and the GPiCS Natural Mozzarella system - a complete stand alone system.
The RotaTherm® is central to the turn key processing lines we offer. Our fully integrated food processing systems consist of heavy duty industrial blenders, feed systems, cooling systems, reciprocating probes, surge vessels together with the RotaTherm® continuous cooker and high level control /automation.
