Within GoldPeg, personnel are highly experienced food production experts with a wealth of operational experience. In fact, key management and technical GoldPeg International staff have over 60 years of combined experience – as production managers and food technologists with some of the world's largest food manufacturing companies. It is within this culture that GoldPeg International’s next generation of managers and engineers are being nurtured.

Our flagship equipment is the direct steam injection (DSI) RotaTherm® Continuous Cooker and this is central to our cooking systems. We also manufacturer turn key processing lines consisting of heavy duty industrial blenders, auger feed hoppers, surge vessels, vacuum systems, reciprocating probes, inline disintegrators, MCU – moisture control units and Aseptic tanks that together with the RotaTherm® cooker complete a fully integrated food processing system.
