Gold Peg's flagship continuous cooking systems are the original direct steam injection (DSI) RotaTherm® Continuous Cooker and the GPiCS Natural Mozzarella system - a complete stand alone system.
The RotaTherm® is central to the turn key processing lines we offer. Our fully integrated food processing systems consist of heavy duty industrial blenders, feed systems, cooling systems, reciprocating probes, surge vessels together with the RotaTherm® continuous cooker and high level control /automation.
