The GoldPeg™ Management Information System (MIS) is a data management and recording system. The MIS is used to monitor and record plant operation for troubleshooting / quality control purposes. It is specifically designed for use with the RotaTherm® Continuous Cooker and its benefits include:

• Information capture for future reporting
• Flexibility in recording basis
• Capability for data set construction for rapid access
