The Self-Cleaning Temperature probe is a unique GoldPeg design that solves the problem of obtaining an accurate temperature reading over extended production run times. This piece of equipment is standard supply as the temperature measurement equipment in our processing lines and features:
- Reciprocating action
- Periodically wipes product build-up from the measuring surfaces of the temperature probe
- Enables continuous, accurate temperature measurement surfaces of the temperature probe
- Enables continuous, accurate temperature measurement on products that are traditionally difficult to measure because of product build-up on the measurement surface
- Allows for extended run-times without any drop off in sensing accuracy
