The RotaTherm® continuous cooking system is incredibly successful for meat rendering as it is a totally enclosed cooking system that brings the meat (MDM / FDM) up to temperature extremely quickly, evenly and accurately. The Direct Steam Injection RotaTherm® melts the fat to allow subsequent fractionation and separation of the various by-product streams – with, or without, deodorizing.
