Trials are hot hot HOT

The RotaTherm® Continuous Cooking TRIAL systems have been operating full steam ahead. (Pun intended!)

We have 3 trials systems available worldwide. They have flexible set-ups that comprise of feed, cook and cool options.

The award was presented by Rex Hunt (a notable Australian who is known worldwide for sydicating fishing shows and equipment!) to Paula Bell of GoldPeg.

..... at FoodPro 2008. This trade show is being held in spectacular Sydney, Australia on the 21-24 July 08. Gold Peg International will have stand 3009 featuring a great range of our equipment.

Also the inventor of the our RotaTherm® direct steam injection Continuous Cooking system will be on the stand. Bob Smith will be available to discuss your product, process and its challenges!

There is a niche trade show called Food Solutions Expo 2008 that is to be held in Werribee (near Melbourne), Australia on 25th June 08.

Get the jump on FoodPro  - come and see us at Food Solutions the month before! It's a great place to see the GoldPeg showcase.

GOLDen GoldPeg Design Engineer

Our design engineer, Andrew Coatsworth, never let on he had hidden talents when he joined GoldPeg.

Then surprise surprise not bronze, not silver....he bought home GOLD from the Oceania Judo Championships held in Auckland recently.

A big congratulations to Andrew from all of us. We are very proud of his quiet achievement!
