The
Mk2 version of the GPI reciprocating temperature
probe generated significant interest at the recent
trade shows.
Attendees
at FOOMA acknowledged the versatility of the temperature
probe, as the Mk2 can be mounted in pipe spools
or on disc for use in pipes, batch cookers and
vessels.
The
new features of the Mk2 include: a longer stroke
length, a more central location of the probe to
the product flow, increased service life through
harder wearing seals and bearings to reduce stress
and wear.
The
reciprocating temperature probe enables the accurate
temperature measurement of difficult products
and is ideal for long production runs.
Please contact Shane
Enayati to discuss your needs. |

| Recent
RotaTherm cooker trials have achieved an outstanding
result for vegetable processors.
Potato
products, to achieve a mashed or semi-mashed state,
have proven a successful application of the RotaTherm
processing system.
The
RotaTherm cooking system enables processors to
use vegetable ingredient (from long term storage),
achieving approximately 98% of starch utilisation
(of both natural & added) to produce a commercial
'mashed' result.
As
well as a product quality improvement over existing
technology, 'mash' manufacturers can benefit from
huge savings on ingredient costs

needs please contact Alastair

| GPI
now offer variants in the RotaTherm cooker and
processing systems.
In
response to increasing enquiries for our RotaTherm®
technology to be made available to processors
with low rate and high product change requirements,
we are pleased to be able to now offer systems
that meet these needs.
The
LR system delivers throughput rates 500kg/hr up
to 2000kg/hr for runs times up to 18 hours. The
LRX system offers the same throughput rates with
production run times up to 72 hours.
The HR system delivers 2000-6500kg/hr up to 18
hours. The HRX system enables the high rate with
long run time up to 72 hours.
CL system is a complete cooking & processing
line fully self-contained on a skid. It is available
in two forms; the R&D rate of 100-600kg/hr
and the production rate of 350-2000kg/hr.
The
existing RotaTherm® cooker range provides
processing flexibility to match the various production
throughput needs, whilst successfully addressing
the wants of the operator.
Please
contact Shane
Enayati to discuss your needs.

| Scan
American Corporation has taken the RotaTherm
demonstration unit to heart and have fully
utilised its capabilities.
Trials
performed have ranged from smooth vegetable
product applications, to processing of meat
by-product streams.

The
USA trials have proved a fruitful exercise
for clients. Clients have witnessed the
superior output of the RotaTherm cooker
in comparison to the technology they are
currently employing.
Numerous
break throughs, in various applications,
have been achieved and opened doors to further
processing potential of the GPI technology.
The
fully scaleable system has been running
trials onsite at the Scan testing facility
and on location as specifically booked by
individual clients.
