Machining
at GPI: John Locantro |
The
mechanical seal housings of the RotaTherm®
cooker have been upgraded to accommodate
a new long life seal.
In
order to reduce maintenance (wear and tear)
the seal design has been modified and the
stationary pinned. This upgrade is particularly
relevant to manufacturers processing UHT,
high viscosity or at high pressure.
Please
contact Matt
Callaghan for information on the upgrade.

| As
a result of a range of queries from both existing
and potential clients we have decided to include
the most relevant questions in our news@goldpeg.
"I
have a number of variables, in particular my filler
stops intermittently and I sometimes want to run
both my fillers. How can I automatically manage
rate changes through the RotaTherm® cooker
to meet the fillers' demand?
The
easiest way is to manage the level in your surge
hopper so that it controls the production rate
through the RotaTherm® cooker.
Should
you wish to find out how this applies to you please
contact Shane
Enayati or Alastair
Sorley.

As you can see, Liam's a little gem (or an emerald?)
Rachel and Alastair are both over the moon!
