| To
deliver the same product day in and day out with
minimal intervention is a common objective,
and it is achievable with GoldPeg equipment.
GoldPeg
equipment excels at consistent performance over
long run times. The ability to produce a consistent
product constantly has a wide range of flow
on benefits including less down time, lower
cleaning costs, minimal product waste, smaller
standard deviations…and the list goes on.
The
GoldPeg MIS (Management Information system)
gives manufacturers greater control to respond
to line speed changes whilst still continuously
producing prime product for the market.
Please
contact Shane
Enayati to discuss how your process could
benefit.

| The
GoldPeg Moisture Control Unit (MCU)
which is designed to assist in managing
the finished product moisture has had
been upgraded.
This
equipment has the ability to correct
product moisture continuously in-line
while the product is being processed.
The
MCU uses a dosing pump to deliver a
set amount of water into the lower steam
injector. The steam injector then drives
this ‘wet’ steam into the product where
it is fused with the product.
The
new look MCU more efficiently delivers
the following benefits:
- Lower formulation cost
- Increased product quality
- Increased product consistency
