Diced Apple anyone?

The RotaTherm® Continuous Cooking system is capable of cooking and processing a wide range of products.

The diced apple (pictured) was cooked with a RotaTherm® trial system. The RotaTherm® system gives you the ability to control the amount of work your product receives, so both purees and chunky products can be achieved.

Click here to see an interactive demonstration of the RotaTherm® Continuous Cooking system.

If you have any questions you would like to ask us about your specific fruit or vegetable product, don’t hesitate to email us.
